Prince William's Hair Through the Years
From a bowl cut to a shaved head, here's a look back at how Prince William has styled his hair throughout the years
A 7-year-old Prince William rocked a bowl cut while watching a polo match.
Celebrating the Queen Mother's birthday, William's thick locks were swept straight.
And at the Queen Mother's birthday party three years later, he was still rocking a similar style.
For his first-ever press conference, William rocked a lighter blonde 'do ahead of heading off on his gap year.
On said gap year, William trimmed his formerly-long 'do.
In 2002, William was sporting a curlier, more untamed 'do.
In 2004, he was spotted with an understandably messy look after a polo match.
As William attended a World Cup soccer match in Germany, he showed a view from the top.
Here, a swept-over look at an unveiling of a new statue of Queen Elizabeth.
Just a few months before he announced his engagement to Kate Middleton, William made a solo visit to Australia with the same swept-over look.
Dressed in his military finest, he wed Kate in April 2011 — and looked very handsome doing so!
With a familiar comb-over look, he and Kate debuted baby son Prince George to the world in July 2013.
William sported a similar look as dad Prince Charles in 2014.
William took Prince George to meet baby sister Princess Charlotte for the first time in May 2015, where the two wore matching colors and similar hairstyles — sans the side-swept bangs.
In 2016, we started seeing less of William's hair than ever before.
His 'do stayed pretty much the same throughout 2017, too.
And, in January 2018, William's hair was at the shortest we'd ever seen him after he shaved his head.
