WPC Decking Profile Extrusion Line Wood Plastic Profile Making Machine The PVC WPC profile production line could produce PVC window profile, door frame, board, ceiling, etc. This machine also could produce wood plastic profile ( WPC).

The wood plastic profile could be used as decking, flooring, fence, or for DIY garden furnitures. The raw material could be wood powder, bamboo powder, saw dust with PE PP or PVC mixture and additives. With different WPC (wood plastic composite) profile molds, the WPC machine could produce different shape WPC profiles.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder adopts Siemens Beide main motor, ABB inverter, Siemens Contactor and Omron temperature controller, with movable small control cabinet for easier and stable operation.The screw and barrel is made of 38CrMoA1A, with nitriding process for longer using life.The extruder is to install the wood plastic profile, PVC profile extrusion mold.
Vacuum Calibration Tank installed with vacuum pump and water pump.With aluminum rail for install the calibration mold.

Haul off and cutting machine. This is to pull the profile with rubber blocks moving forward. The cutting machine will auto cut the profiles into set lengthes. Usually the profile will be cut into 4m, 6m long.The manual cutting function is available.
